How we charge
Our system of charging has been developed by our clients, not our accountants. They deserve – and get – a transparent model with as much or as little detail as they need. There are three types of charge:
Fees – based on the time input of the professionals working on your business. Day rates vary according to the individual’s level of expertise and experience. Charged monthly or quarterly in advance.
Operational expenses – for example: travel, postage, photocopying and printing, communications, media databases, distribution charges, NLA fees, media monitoring and clipping services, and entry-level evaluation and monthly analysis of your media coverage against two of your competitors. Charged as a percentage of fee, monthly in arrears
Bought-in expenses – for example: hard copies of press coverage, photography, research and travel beyond the M25. These are services we buy from third parties on clients’ behalf with their express permission, and are subject to the standard PRCA administration charge unless clients pay direct. Charged monthly in arrears.
Note: We are long-standing members of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) and have full Consultancy Management Standard accreditation. We abide by their definitions and rules of engagement.
