Midnight will help you plan and budget, co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, entertainment and venue. We will find the right place to hold the event and battle with the suppliers to get you the right price.  We can manage your guest list (making the invite look like it comes from you, of course), provide the badges and the door staff. 

Our events team has managed the smallest intimate and private VIP gatherings to product launches on HMS Belfast, dance-offs for MTV on Brighton beach, press tours to the World cup in Germany, Award presentations, company launches and announcements, fundraising events, birthdays and weddings, round tables, office openings, festivals, conferences and product launches.  We have launched mobile phones, cameras, televisions, computers, laptops, music, bands  and books – even condoms.

We have provided PR support on behalf of a range of exhibitions organisers including EMAP, Clarion, VNU and Penton driving media and visitors to shows and events such as Notting Hill Carnival and Grand Designs Live.
