Three new awards were introduced this year to reflect the positive aspects of business in the community - including employer engagement, healthiest workplace and responsible business practises.
Commenting on the list of finalists, organiser Caraline Brown said: “This year has been a massive success with entries up thirty per cent on last year. The judges have created a really broad and diverse shortlist which truly reflects the cosmopolitan nature of Brighton and Hove.”
The award for this year’s Outstanding Brightonian will be announced on the night.
