Over the last ten years Midnight has received many accolades including Sussex Small Business of the Year (’99), Sussex Company and the Year (’00), PR Consultancy of the Year (’00) and PR agency of the Year (’05). Caraline has twice been shortlisted for Sussex Businessperson of the Year (’03, ’05) and was honoured in 2004 as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Caraline says: “Over the past five years, Sarah has made a major contribution to the successful programmes that Midnight has created for our clients and has matured as both a business person and a Pr practitioner. I am confident that Sarah offers the energy, enthusiasm and skills that will keep the consultancy on the upward trend on which we are set.
“After twelve years at the helm it is time for a new challenge. Recruiting the best people has always been a key factor in Midnight’s success. I now plan to take this a step further by devoting my time to ensuring the PR professionals within Midnight are the best trained in the business.”
