The assessors named the company as an “employer of choice in a tough market” and commented on Midnight being “a fun, inclusive and profitable business”.

Midnight has a long track record of investing in people development. Last year its founder, Caraline Brown, took on the new role of Chief Talent Officer and created the Midnight Academy – one of the best training schemes in the PR industry.
