Travel PR.

A Travel PR Agency based in Brighton and London

Midnight’s expert team has extensive experience in the field of travel PR, having previously managed and implemented PR campaigns for Tourism Malaysia, the Lithuanian Tourist Office, Greater Miami Visitor and Convention Bureau and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA UK) to name a few. The team also has specific experience in the cruise industry, with the former Director of the Association of Cruise Experts (now CLIA UK) on board, who has also advised the Port of Seattle on its cruise strategy.

Previous travel PR campaigns included managing a press visit programme for UK travel editors, bloggers and freelance travel writers to visit overseas destinations as well as the organisation of UK press meetings, press events and WTM schedules.

Most recently Midnight organised an international conference in London for members of the Public Relations Boutiques International, a global network of boutique PR firms.  The programme included speakers and visits to the House of Lords and the BBC.

For Arundel Castle Midnight has achieved a year on year increase in visitor numbers and regular national, regional, broadcast and specialist coverage. Our work is currently shortlisted for the Best Arts, Culture or Sport Campaign at the CIPR Pride Awards.  Visit our Arundel Castle case study.

Midnight also works with the Brighton Sea Life Centre and has most recently managed the launch of the Jurassic Seas exhibition at the aquarium in February 2015. This campaign was a great example of PR driving sales and is shosrlisted for the Best Consumer Relations Campaign at the CIPR Pride Awards.

During the four month campaign, Midnight secured extensive coverage across the UK in print, broadcast and online, organised two successful launch events and achieved a record increase in visitor numbers in a traditionally slow month, February, with a 33% increase on 2013 and 27% up on target.

Over the last 20 years, Midnight has forged lasting relationships with key journalists and influencers in the travel sector and has become a ‘go to’ contact for news, events, photo stories and assistance with travel editorial features.
