The company also participates in a Southern Water initiative to reduce water consumption. The Save-a-Flush' bag inserted into the cistern of office toilets saves a litre of water with every flush.
Following feedback from staff, Midnight continues to pursue working with clients that operate ethical or sustainable business practices. This has been a successful strategy, and in 2006 the team took great delight in launching:
- TucTucs in the UK- a highly sustainable form of transportation with practically zero carbon emissions
- The Farmer's Weekly Food Miles campaign - raising consumer awareness of the importance of buying local
- Promoting sustainable house building for Grand Designs Live
