B2B media training agency

Even the most experienced leaders can feel nervous when a journalist calls. Media interviews come with pressure, time limits and tough questions. Without preparation, it’s easy to miss your key messages or stumble into saying more than you intended. That’s why media training is such an important part of a PR strategy.

Quick answer

We deliver bespoke media and key message training for spokespeople at all levels. Sessions include practical exercises like filmed or telephone interviews, plus guidance on building and delivering clear messages.

The outcome is confident spokespeople who know what to say, how to say it, and how to represent your business with authority.

What is media training?

Media training gives your team the skills to handle press interviews with confidence. It covers everything from understanding how journalists work, to structuring your answers, to staying calm under pressure.

It’s not just for big broadcast moments either. These skills are just as valuable when talking to internal audiences, filming a video for your website, or sharing a message on LinkedIn. In short – anywhere your team needs to communicate clearly and credibly.

Media training FAQs

What does media training include?

Our sessions are completely bespoke. We cover interview techniques, key message delivery, handling tough questions, and run practice interviews with real-time and follow up feedback.

Who delivers the training?

Our in-house trainer has 25+ years’ journalism and training experience, and has worked across national, broadcast, trade and regional media.

How long does a session last?

Typically half a day (3–4 hours) for one or two spokespeople, but we can adapt to your needs.

What if I don’t have any interviews coming up?

That’s actually the best time to train. You’ll be prepared when opportunities arise, rather than scrambling at the last minute.

Do you provide key message training too?

Yes. We can run key message sessions to help you define, refine and practise your messages until you feel confident delivering them consistently.
